Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

If you choose to cancel our services within 5 days of making a payment, you may be eligible for a full refund.

If the cancellation request is made after the initial 5-day period, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the cost of the work or services already provided. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are typically processed within up to 45 days from the date of cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel any ongoing service, we recommend submitting your cancellation request at least 10 days before the start of the next billing cycle.

If a cancellation request is received after a new billing cycle has started, charges for services or work performed during that billing period may still apply.

Non-Usage of Services

If a customer subscribes to a service but does not actively use it, the service may still be considered active. In such cases, applicable charges may apply according to the terms of the agreement.

Any eligible refund amount will be returned to the original payment account within the standard processing period after the cancellation request is approved.
